Football Playoffs
The Varsity Football team will take on the Paradise Bobcats, at Paradise H.S., Friday Nov. 20 in the semi-finals of the Divison II playoffs. Kickoff is at 7:00 p.m. Good luck!
Volleyball Playoffs
The Varsity Volleyball team will take on the Enterprise Hornets, at Red Bluff H.S., Saturday Nov. 21 in the Divison II finals. The match starts at 5:00 p.m. Good luck!
Thanksgiving Break
Foothill High School will observe the Thanksgiving Holiday break and be closed the week of November 23 through November 27, 2009. Classes will resume on Monday, November 30, 2009. Enjoy the holidays!
Financial Aid Night
Parents/Guardians of seniors please plan to attend the Foothill Counseling Department’s Annual Financial Aid Night on Wednesday, December 2nd at 6:30 in the Student Union. Funding your child’s college education will be the focus of this important event. Special emphasis will be placed on reviewing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) led by Mr. Dennis Diestler, the Financial Aid Officer for College Options. The F.H.S. Sports Boosters will meet on Tuesday, December 1 at 6:00 p.m. in the conference room in the Administration building on the FHS campus. If your child is involved in athletics, please plan to attend.

class is responsible for creating and maintaining this site. All pages are designed and built by FHS teachers and students, not paid outside consultants. The new website layout and design was created by Mr. McLean (aka "MC"), our school's webmaster. The current color scheme was created for the thanksgiving holiday season and it was designed by Ryan Nelson.
Pandemic H1N1 influenza (flu) has been circulating in Shasta County throughout the summer. Foothill High School and the County Public Health Department are working together to limit flu transmission at school. We are asking parents to do their part to protect our school children.
